Would not recommend for high tea. The atmosphere is nice, tea is decent, and the food we had was just okay. However the service was terrible. It was not mentioned to us when making this reservation that this is a self service high tea experience. Even so, we had practically zero interaction from a server, aside from him bringing sugar for our tea and some kind of topping for the scone after we waited and flagged him over. I even had to go get our own silverware because there was no one to ask. None of the tea was explained to us, we had to steep it ourselves, we weren’t told what any of the other deserts were, scones were served cold. High Tea is supposed to be an experience with service, so I don’t think this can be advertised as such. Also it needs to be communicated in advance that a 20% gratuity is automatically included for this service. Normally I would not care as I’m happy to pay for good service. A group of us Seniors from Harris County Pct 2 went there for lunch. We were well received and, even though we called on the day of our visit that there would be 20 of us, Rodney was able to accommodate us with a smiling face. He even made sure we all sat together in our own private room. Bryan, our server, was able to take all of our orders and keep us supplied with plenty of tea, water and ice very efficiently. He never appeared to be bothered by having to wait on such a large group alone. I heard no complaints about the taste and quality of our meals. The only reason I gave them only 4 stars is because even though the Tuscan Chicken was $14, it was a very small portion. Maybe they were running low on the pasta because we got way more chicken than the pasta. Otherwise, it was very, very tasty! We'll be visiting...

We were traveling through the area, and we found this cute little place to eat. It's not just a restaurant but also a gift store and garden center. SUPER COOL. The restaurant was a little hard to find. There should have been signs directing you to the cafe. But once we found it , we were happily surprised with the ambiance. It kind of looked like a tea party place. Super cute. The host was super friendly and funny. He told us that if we eat all our food, we might get dessert. Lol We sat down to eat, and everything looked so yummy I couldn't decide. So I ordered a chicken salad sandwich and a quiche. The portions are huge! The food was absolutely delicious! Even the hot tea. I will definitely visit here again, and I highly recommend trying this...
