Went through during work lunch. Took 6 minutes to get food when there was nobody ahead of me.

Got my burger, had no bacon, went in, they remade sandwich.

They didn't ask if anything was special so I assumed they would reprint the receie0t or look back at the system but did not, so they made the sandwich wrong again. When I went back inside the second time the heavier lady at the counter was talking to me and treating me like I was the problem.

If you mess up an order, it happens, no big deal.

You should prioritize fixing that mistake before serving two more customers in the lobby and 1 in the drive through that way by the time you fix your mistake the rest of my food isnt cold.

When you then proceed to not even check the item and how it was requested on the original ticket so you just remake the base sandwich and just add the bacon it was supposed to have, making the sandwich wrong again.

I don't have a ton of patience for that.

No sorry, no real accountability. Very low quality service around the board.

Not sure what happened here the food used to be good stopped in today asked if that had a chicken Sandwhich instead of the sliders they said they did so I ordered that and chili cheese fries and a drink got my food went on my way opened up the bag to 3 chicken strips on a bun that felt like it had just been taken out of the fridge so it was stiff and the chicken strips had to of been sitting under a heat lamp since 7:00 this morning they were so tough and dry you couldn’t hardly swallow them so I took two bites of the Sandwhich and threw it away and moved on to my chili cheese fries which would have been great except they didn’t put any chili on my fries and like the chicken must’ve been sitting under a heat lamp they were stale and old all around bad experience I most likely won’t be back place should do itself a favor and close up shop if that’s the kinda product they are proud to serve people all in all took maybe 3 bites total threw the rest in the trash so I’m out 16.00 and am...

Thought we would try A& W in spite of poor reviews because we wanted root beer floats. They were out of ice cream, French fries and chicken! Unbelievable. I ordered 2 coney dogs for $5 Tuesday special but when I asked it to be a meal I was charged over $11 for the onion rings ( $1.30 up charge) and the small drink- no root beer float because they were out of ice cream. When I opened my coney dogs there was no onions on them! A coney dog does not exist without the onions! When I asked for onions, guess what, they were out.
