Culver’s — Restaurant in Nebraska

Visited this new store and placed an to go order at the counter. Kate was great at the counter. Upon receiving our order, i drove home, where i discovered 2 items ordered & paid for were not in the order. I drove back & the shift manager told me, "Sorry", and handed me another bag. Upon getting home I discovered only one of the two missing items was in the bag. I drove back a third time and the shift manager told me, "oh sorry, here's the rest of your order and we'll get you a coupon". As both "sorries" seemed like a requirement I told them I would not accept a discount coupon, I just wanted our order, and left. I was frustrated and will not be back for a long time. This is a training issue, at the management level. I didn't think I would have to check the bags as if I was @McDonnalds. If I could have e-mailed ownership, I would have done that instead of...

I will NEVER go back to this place. I go to the drive-thru to avoid interacting with people, and you have a bunch of kids out there taking orders with a menu that you can barely look at, it doesn't match what's on your actual order screen. An absolutely stupid way of running a drive thru. You probably think it's really cute and innovative, it doesn't matter how much time it saves you it's annoying to customers who don't want to deal with that sort of interaction, and quite frankly dangerous to have people standing in your drive-thru. *Edit: okay, I gave you another star, 3 stars now, got home and the burger and fries were really good. This particular Culver’s location always has an amazing amount of staff on site, ready to work, happy, pleasant, and an anxious to assist you! I don’t know if this is the case in every cold around town, but this one reason alone is why my wife and I will drive out of our way to come here. Literally as I am making this review I can count 13 people behind the counter area. There may be more, but that’s how many I’ve been able to physically count.The store is clean, orderly, and the bathrooms are equally as clean and well stocked. Food is always hot and delicious and the concrete mixers are absolutely amazing. Don’t skimp out, get yourself a root beer float. Those are...
