What a gold mine it COULD be. the lack of wait staff was only the beginning. there no direction if your to sit and wait? go up to counter? cook for youself? the wait staff they did have couldn't focus on their job lots of talking to lingering campers. dinning area very is small which isn't really a problem. However, the large tables scattered around makes is confusing where to sit. ( a freshing up and a coat a paint wouldn't hurt) The "cook" just couldn't make a Medium hamburger We ordered two hamburgers one should have be Medium and the other medium well... both heavily charred, over cooked WELL done and dry. Any thing the went it to the fryer was horrible, My guess the cooking oil was old and scorched.
