Update: Sonic did send a free burger in the app for the trouble I had due to this problem. I donāt know if it was the local people or corporate. I just randomly saw it in my App one day. I appreciated the attempt to make it right. Usually I love Sonic but this particular branch is what I had the problem with. I will go back and try it again sometime and update the review if itās gotten better.
3 shakes and a water were requested on the app but whenever I got there, the App would not Check in and it said that I would have to hit the red button and tell them that there was a mobile order. Iāve never seen that before.Then ii gave them 20 minutes and other people were getting served around me. I called to find out where our chairs were abe Apparently someone clocked out and forgot to take out my order. This is the second time this has happened- poor service here. Iām very sorry to say. I had three kids and groceries in the back. Would really appreciate it if Whoever the owner is to review what is going on in that team. The girl that brought it out was really nice after I complained that I had not gotten my shakes. But this being the second time in the last year year that I visited I was hoping it would be better service. They had their masks on but they were pulled down below their chins, the one girl with her bare hands, no gloves, kept rubbing through her hair, then kept reaching inside her shirt to adjust her bra and then would grab the food to put into the sacks. I found it very disrespectful and very unsanitary to say the least. The manager who was a very young guy was actually the guy that brought my food to me and I told him about it and I hope he addressed it. I have gone to that particular Sonic many times and have always had great service but last night was absolutely terrible. I ordered a single burger and nothing else and I was still there for probably 20 minutes. I would see the food come out to where the girl was to get it and put it in the sack and it would just sit there, she would get on her cell phone and check it and then turn and talk to one of the other workers while the food just set up there. I will still go back to that Sonic simply because it is the only one in that tiny town, however I hope that someone educates the staff on the proper way to use sanitary means as far as using gloves and wearing their...
