Unfortunately, it is only open during the summer, Monday through Saturday, 1-9 p.m.. The prices are reasonable such as $4, $3, $2, and even $1. I have had many experiences here including the time I tried SpongeBob Squarepants, a mixture of lemon lime and pineapple. I will continue to eat here when I’m craving something sweet and I would recommend it to anyone.

HULA ICE came to our business in Effingham and did an amazing job! The team was so friendly and accommodating to all of our staff, making it such a great experience. We loved the huge variety of flavors and the fact that they even offer sugar-free options for our diabetic employees. The prices were very reasonable, and they even had ice cream sandwiches. Everything was delicious, and the service was outstanding. Highly recommend HULA ICE...

I love that they have Sugar Free liquids and any kind of flavors that you want to add! Friendly, helpful staff! My favorite is orange, pineapple and Tiger's Blood, which is strawberry and coconut. This gives more flavors to fill the shaved ice!! Prices are reasonable for the sizes. Small is $2, Medium $3, &...
