Arby's — Restaurant in Nephi

I done a call in order so I wouldn't have to wait in line. They told me 10 min. So I get there and there's about 12 highschool students in line so I walked up to the counter and told them I had a call in order. The worker didn't even reply back so I wait n I wait and nothing so I get in back of this long line . I get kids are kids but they we're so loud n so rude in general. After being there 25 min I get to the front n tell another worker I had a call in order n they ask what I got n was just putting in my order then, not when I called. So I asked the kid what was the point of doing a call in order if I have to wait 25 min n yr just putting in my order now!? Once again I got no answer. So I asked if my order was ready n he said no he just put in my order. I said there's no point in doing a call in order n now I'm late because of it. He said sorry n 10 minutes later I finally got my food. Probably the worst roast beef sandwiches I've ever had. Not just saying that cuz it took forever. My fries were cold n I was going to turn around n get hot fresh one's but I didn't have the time to wait anymore. If you want good food n I mean good food there's only 3 places in town and they are the Mexican restaurant on main Street, the rolling homes restaurant on the south end of town and the Chinese restaurant on...

The food was okay, but they had to remake it because it was wrong. BUT I was more annoyed that nearly every employee was wearing their mask the wrong way (under their nose, under their chin...) and I don't know who the blonde lady is (maybe the owner/manager?), but she literally walked through the kitchen with no mask on at all. We've literally been in a pandemic for almost a year that has killed hundreds of thousands of Americans, and apparently it's too big of a hassle to wear a mask. Also, it's great that I saw employees wearing gloves, but not one of them changed them in the 20 minutes I waited for my food, even though they were touching their faces, adjusting their masks, using the cash register then preparing food... The most unhelpful, inconsiderate, and hard of hearing location I have EVER been too. They are way over staffed causing them to think the customer is wrong so they can get back to their conversation. I ordered a #16 and ended up with just a sandwich and fries the host said I only asked for the sandwich and fries separate. I wasn't going to fight. Instead of trying to make it right he decided to ignore us and go straight back talking to his co workers. He didn't care about making sure I received my order correctly or bring it to our table when absolutely NO ONE was in the restaurant. I'm sitting here eating and all I hear is their rap music and talking. I would NEVER recommend this...
