I am writing to express my deep disappointment and frustration regarding the rude and disrespectful customer service I recently encountered at your Subway restaurant. The experience left me feeling disrespected and undervalued as a customer.
Upon entering the establishment, I approached the counter to place my order. However, instead of being greeted with a welcoming and friendly demeanor, the employee displayed a condescending and dismissive attitude. It was clear that they had no interest in providing quality customer service.
To make matters worse, when I requested to have bacon added to my sandwich and heated up, I was met with unnecessary hostility. The employee seemed irritated by such a simple request, as if it were an inconvenience to them. Their tone and body language were highly unprofessional and completely unacceptable.
As a loyal customer, I expect to be treated with respect and courtesy when patronizing your establishment. The rude behavior exhibited by your employee not only tarnished my dining experience but also reflects poorly on your brand as a whole.
I strongly urge you to address this issue promptly. It is crucial for your team to understand the importance of delivering exceptional customer service and treating each customer with dignity. No one should have to endure such disrespectful treatment when simply attempting to enjoy a meal.

They informed me I would need to bring the other sandwich in as proof even tho my mother FaceTimed me and showed them it was not consumed and it was not what she had ordered. They still made me go pick up the wrong order 5miles away to get a remake and then drive back to GIVE it to her. The customer service is horrible. The employees are slow. Sometimes accepting responsibility goes along way when it was clearly wrong. And not making a person go pick up a wrong order to bring it in to get the right one. Read moreVisited the store, I was the only customer there, I ordered two sandwiches. Two people were working one was complaining about having to help customers. When my order was finish she walked away and started making sandwiches with the other employee. I waited, then asked can you please ring me up. She says “I’m working on online orders and will have to take my gloves off and then put new ones on.” I said, I’m here in front of you, are you saying online orders are more important than a customer in front of you?” She groaned as if I put her out to pay for my food.
