Tokyo Hibachi Express Food truck — Restaurant in Nevada

This is one of my favorite restaurants. I judged it pretty harshly for being a food truck, but it blew me away. The prices are lower than most restaurants, the portions are ginormous, and the flavor is fantastic. I have never once had a complaint when eating here. Now, I did give the “atmosphere” 3 stars. It is located around the side of a small gas station, which for obvious reasons deals a big hit to the atmosphere. I imagine this is part of how they can afford to make so much amazing food at such a low cost to the customer though. I would highly recommend!

Also, as a side note. You can eat for even cheaper if you split a meal. The sesame chicken (and I would imagine other meat/rice dishes) are so large they can be split between up to...

Heading back to Kansas City from Texas, we were craving Chinese and stopped here on a whim. We didn’t really know what to expect and were hoping with the higher prices the food would be worth it. We didn’t have to wait very long before our food was ready, which was pretty awesome considering we ordered 3 hibachi plates, crab Rangoon and 2 sushi rolls. It was too cold to sit outside so we all sat in the truck. At first glance the food looked amazing and was very plentiful. Taste wise it was awesome! So hot, fresh and flavorful. We stuffed ourselves because it tasted so good. For a hibachi and sushi food truck we were all pleasantly surprised. We will definitely be stopping again on our way through...

Always a great experience. I'm old fashioned and don't like alot of change, so I pretty much get the same thing every time but these guys are awesome, the food is good. Love the environment when ordering. They don't speak amazing English but they aren't afraid at all to joke and laugh during the process. The buzzers are awesome so you don't have to stand right at the window, you can return to your vehicle after ordering and it's never taken me more 10 MAYBE 15 min max and they were packed. Price is great for amount and quality of food. Will continue to go to until they drive off with the place and then I'll visit it at its next spot. A+ for a...
