Subway — Restaurant in New Albany

Went into this New Albany location order the ham and turkey sub told him I wanted extra mayonnaise The sandwich maker then continued to put almost half a bottle of mayonnaise on my sandwich when I asked him if he was new he said he worked there for over a year and he was a shift leader very disappointed ☹️ he says he was waiting for me to say stop but it doesn't take common sense to know that a half a bottle of mayonnaise is way too much when he tried to wipe it off with a knife he got it all over his hands then got it all over the outside of the sandwich and the wrapper in proceeded to give it to me told me I had to buy it I will never go to this...

The food here was great. This one owned by the same one as the last one I ate at, but with much better service. I may being picky, but when you are the only customer don't be in a hurry and not wrap the sandwich improperly. It fell out all over my clothes. The chicken fell out of the end of the flatbread and into my lap as soon as I unwrapped it. Also remember to give your customers napkins! Had to go back in and get them to get the mess off of my clothes. The restaurant was nice and clean and the staff was super friendly...

Used app. Got there, they lost order. Showed order on app. Did not mind waiting because it was an error on the apps end and not the employees. The problem was when the employees acted like I was a burden when they had no clue how to make a steak club. Even after explaining what it was they insisted only steak went on a steak club. Once I finally showed them how to make it, they still left off part of my order. If I was showing them respect and courtesy when their app messed up, why couldn't they show me the same? Patients...
