Hardee's — Restaurant in New Baden

The service at this Hardees is terrible. Ordered at drive-thru and asked if 2 wraps are in a combo, they answered yes...so I ordered 2 combos. I get home & only 2 wraps, not 4, we're in my bag. Tried several times to call & no one answered the phone. Called thru Love's & they were able to transfer me. The lady that picked up the line was very rude, while trying to explain my situation, she told me I was yelling and she hung up. I wasn't yellin, I have a hearing loss and talk louder then normal people. Will never frequent this...

Awful!! Went thru the drive thru 25 Mar 2024. Our order was not correct and then two out of four burgers were barely warm with rolls that were hard. For four burgers, two large orders of fries and a kids meal it was almost $40 with two of the burgers inedible. Went back to the restaurant to inform them and try to get a refund but they only gave us a business card with “free frisco” written on it. Why would we want another sandwich from this place. Won’t be going back and wouldn’t advise anyone else to eat at...

I was here three minutes before breakfast was over. I was told I could not order lunch because they have a score they have to keep up and I would have to wait and the score for the restaurant would go down because of their timer. They still have to cook the chicken because it wasn’t ready so what was the difference? The timer would be the same. Store more worried about score than customer service. Food was good because it was fresh but service was crap. Also the peach shake was more milk than ice...
