This was the worst night out in a long time! The manager would not even come out and talk to us about the food that we ordered. We ordered steak bites then we had to remind the waitress Michelle that we ordered steak bites and sandwich and fries she had completely forgotten and we were nice. We said don’t worry about it. It’s OK we were very nice about it. We were karaoke we Mind our own business, and when my food came out, the steak bites were ordered, medium, but they were well done. She accuse me of eating half of them. Which was completely impossible because I was singing Tennessee Wiskey! And I mentioned that to her and she ignored me. Michelle, the whatever she is then went to ring us up. Give us our ticket and tell us that we need to leave and that is when I asked to speak to the new owner he came out with food in his mouth went over to some friends totally ignored us did not come talk to us at all. He hidden his office. I knocked on his office again. He didn’t even answer the door. Then I proceeded as we drove home to call him. His chef answered the phone and I asked for the owner he said yes, please hold the owner never came to the phone. He hides from complaints he hides from his. Customers I’m sorry this was the worst mistake to go back to that Place Green St., Tran or new Baltimore whatever it is called today is the worst restaurant in this area. It’s filled so many people and the way this owner is going. It will also fill him when you don’t come out and you don’t talk to your customers that is really sad. I grew up in service. My own mother was my first boss as I was a waitress, and never would this ever happen in the Care of my mother. Shame on this owner we were completely nice the whole night that Michelle forgot our order. Only myself and two were even singing. He has probably eight TVs in one room but when you go to seeing you have to sing and look at the words on a tablet that the DJ brings with him it’s not on a big screen TV it’s a joke! This place will be out of business by the end of the year
They shouldn’t...
Read moreWe had a party of eight who decided to have our monthly luncheon at the New Green Street Tavern. Unfortunately, only a few of us did not complain about the food. If you wanted more rolls, you had to pay Close to $3.00 for for additional rolls and we were told each customer was allotted 2 rolls. When our bills came our luncheon special meals were $6.99, but the bill stated $6.98 and $.01 for the rolls...what the heck is that all about...the price was good and the meal pruce still came to $6.99....but what was the breakdown of $6.98 and $.01🤔 I used my credit card and was charged an additional 50 cents for its usage...don't even know if the additional charge was posted on the menu. If you decide to bring in a cake from the outside, make sure you have the bill from the store you bought it from or you can't serve it to your friends...what the heck is that all about😲 Finally, the owner informed our party that they could order whatever perogis that they wanted...not true....if the owner doesn't know what is going on then how should any of the staff members😟 We have all been long time members of the community and always patronize the local businesses, but our rating today was No More New Green Street Tavern...bring back the Old😖 The server tried to work with us, but she has to go by the...
Read moreI came to try it for the first time and had an Entertainment Book coupon for a buy a meal get one free. I am a single, old lady and had no one to go there with but was very willing to buy two dinners. I asked the waitress if they still honor this coupons, and she said Yes. Once I was seated in a booth, I again inquired regarding the coupon making sure that I, as one person, could order the two meals. She had to ask the woman behind the bar. She came back and said that the answer was NO that there must be two people. The coupon did not say two people must be present to order. I left and did not order stating I would NEVER RETURN. I have bought the Entertainment Books for many years and only ran into one other place that would not honor this. This is discriminating against single people who do not have someone else to accompany them for dinner. I do not see what the problem would be since I would purchase two meals, and I would be taking home a box with the leftovers which I would have had from one...
