Dunkin' — Restaurant in New Bedford

If I could give zero stars I would. It is sad that Dunkin used to be a standard for coffee and now it is about convenience which is the only reason I can come up with for why this location is still in business. Let me state that I was an employee of Dunkin (different franchise) for a decade so I truly understand that Dunkin can be stressful. The few times I have been by this location they have not only gave me nasty coffee but have visibly complained when I told them my coffee isn't what I ordered. I have called corporate and requested to hear back from the franchise owner as they are in desperate need of training; no call, so he clearly doesnt care. Today one of the girls loudly told my friend and I they couldn't accept 4 dollars in quarters not realizing the 4 coins were dollar coins and then refused to make her coffee over when she said there was no mocha in the coffee; "it was on the bottom". Standard build states you stir the coffee so yes sweetheart, the coffee wasn't made properly. The good news is, if you like rude people and nasty coffee, this is the place for you. I used to love the way they made my ice coffee, the staff is super nice. Unfortunately, as I was drinking my ice coffee I found a fly at the bottom of my cup. I called them to just give a heads up so they can pay attention to the cleanliness of the items they are utilizing. It is summer and somethings are unavoidable, but if there are flys in the place they can at least keep an eye out. I called them and no answer, I called the Dunkin Company itself and was told I was going to get a call back from the manager/owner, still waiting. I've given this place too many second chances and today was the last one (they forgot to give me my hash browns). This is the most convenient DD on my way into work but I will be going elsewhere. They simply cannot get an order right. Either my coffee is wrong (1 cream doesn't mean extra extra) or they have constantly forgotten to give me part of my order. It is an inconvenience and frankly not worth the time to have to go back and either get in line or even worse go inside to argue over a missing item on my order.
