The take out girls that were working the counter today were not pleasant what so ever. I called in my order at 1:30, for a 4:30 pick up. I ordered a party size chicken broccoli Alfredo, and an anti pasto salad for a birthday party. When I got there to pick up, the two girls were not friendly at all. While I was trying to pick up the big boxes of food, one of the girls pushed it over with another customers order. I understand they’re busy, but if you can’t handle that kind of atmosphere with a positive attitude then maybe it’s not for you. My issue is when I arrived to the party, my chicken broccoli ziti was dry as can be with NO ALFREDO SAUCE. I called in upset stating I ordered this in advanced, and never had this issue before, and the girl stated I should have requested the Alfredo sauce on the side because it’s typically served with just olive oil and garlic sauce. I explained I ordered it as chicken Alfredo, so I don’t understand why there would be no Alfredo sauce. She continued with an attitude and said they’ve been doing it for the past year that if you want Alfredo sauce you have to request it on the side, or they just serve it mixed with the oil. Which I can’t wrap my head around if I am ordering chicken broccoli ALFREDO. If that is the case, when I put my order in why would the person taking it not say do you want Alfredo sauce on the side, or just the olive oil mix? I had to drive back to the restaurant, stalling the party I was hosting to get the sauce. When I got there I was told I had to pay $12 for the sauce, mind you I spent $90 with a tip left for my whole order I originally picked up. They were so rude, and so unprofessional. I love Riccardis, and I’m very disappointed with what I dealt with today. Makes me not want to ever use them again as my food choice...
Read moreThis place is in walking distance from my house .. so I have been here a lot ! First of all some of these reviews are wild . It's clean , great service .. they are busy !! That's good I like getting my food and leaving . I have eaten in for the most part now I just get my food and eat at home . The salads and antipasto salad are very good . The pizza is very this I wish it was thicker honestly , zero crust !! Zero . Thin thin , good toppings a decent sauce it's pasty for sure , wish they thinned it out a bit it would be perfect . But it is pasty . It's saved with the cheese , very good cheese and toppings get toppings ! The lasagna is good same thing with the sauce. Frozen meatballs and sausage but decent . Listen I'm Sicilian 100% it's not hard to make meatballs .. I understand sausage but meatballs you can make same day . But ok moving on . The manicotti good feeling cheese inside the filling it's nice . Same thing with the sauce this is why they get a four . If they fixed the sauce I would eat there way more ... If they fixed the sauce this place would be off the chart amazing and that pizza . Just a little thicker ..I've seen them using a damn rolling pin on the dough it made me almost pass out I wanted to go show him how to do it . Let the dough breathe..it rises for a reason and you take a stinking rolling pin to a pizza .. I was crying inside . Fix these two things please it would...
Read moreOne of the worst family nights due to poor customer service. Let me start by saying there were only 8 tables seated. The waitress was rude throughout the entire process. She brought the complimentary bread with our meals after we waited about 40 minutes first. I had also ordered a bread appetizer that didn’t come until the meal.
When the food finally hit the table we were offered a roast beef. When we politely declined, I had then over heard her offer it to several other tables before finally giving it “on the house” to a group of men sitting at an adjacent table.
Everyone’s meal was cold and had to be reheated. No one got their salads with their meals. I finished my meal without anything to drink. My daughter’s pizza was soggy and hanging off of the plate and onto the table.
While sitting there, I overheard the following “on-the-house”: A man’s meal that they forgot to bring out and his family had already finished eating. A pitcher of beer to the table behind us because there food took too long. And our two waters and ginger ale.
Honestly, this whole experience makes me think that she was purposely trying to sabotage the business.
You really need to do an inventory evaluation because I can ensure you, your margin and profit is not what you think it is. You need to re-evaluate who is working for you. I honestly feel badly because I use to love coming here as a kid but...
