This place is a local gem. Dodge's Farm and Ice Cream has so much more than Blake's ice cream and other treats. The stand is nestled on a working farm, With animals such as sheep, goats, pigs, bunnies, and even a few peacocks! There's a sand mound and toy trucks to play with, along with toy cars for riding in. There's even an old red tractor for a fun photo-op with the family. Usually each year, their are pregnant goats, and it's fun watching the cute baby goats being born and running around shortly afterwards. When in season, the farm stand is stocked with fresh, locally grown produce, meats, and local New Hampshire treats such as maple syrup and honey. The honey sold here at Dodge's Farm has single handedly gotten me through allergy season year after year, so be sure to grab a jar. In the fall, they sell pumpkins and gourds and offer hayrides on weekends. In the spring time, their greenhouse is filled with a variety of plants and flowers as well, which is great if you don't like planting from seeds. All in all, Dodge's Farm is a favorite local spot for my family to spend an...

"I'll tear those mieces to pieces!" I ordered a Caramel Caribou, vanilla with a caramel swirl and pieces of chocolate 🍫. My son, chocolate. My friend ordered a mint chip 🍦 ice-cream and she was given something else she couldn't identify. She said it tasted good so she didn't complain. Tables needed a cleaning. I recommend a visit though. We had a...
Read moreLocated on Rt.77 (Weare Rd.), my wife and I stop there whenever we are riding in the area. Besides having a great variety of ice cream, there is a small farm stand which offers some outstanding fresh produce. We picked up some corn one afternoon for our dinner before going home, quite delicious! The farm stand is surrounded by tall shade trees with picnic tables scattered about. Out back visitors are welcomed to look at the goats, ponies and bunnies in their cages. This is great if you have kids, they'll look at the cute farm critters while munching away on their ice cream! It used to be a 'cash only' policy, but; now they accept credit/debit cards! Oh, and very...
