New Boston Pizza — Restaurant in New Boston

We visited this place at 8:40pm after a disappointing and frustrating experience next door at Molly's. Even though it was right before closing, the staff was welcoming, upbeat and sympathizing to our group. We were offered the roast beef special with Au jus sauce, but I ordered a steak and cheese after being told how good it was. It was delicious. The fries were crunchy and satisfying. I did the "kid's t-shirt challenge" and got to keep the shirt after trying it on and it BARELY fitting me. It was fun.

What we liked best was the staff, which we sorely needed after what we went through at Molly's. Too bad I didn't get their names because I'd give them individual credit here. I'll try anyways. There was the boy at the register with excellent customer service skills, he had short brown hair, a red shirt, a baseball hat and workboots, a girl with a gray hoodie and reddish-blonde hair who was a little shorter than the boy with the hat, a girl wearing a black and white striped dressy getup with what looked like a cast on her wrist, an older gentleman who also had a baseball hat and a goatee, and a tall, slender boy with long-ish hair.

All five staff in the building were wonderful and personally interacted with us. They deserve to be recognized. We have a seasonal at the friendly beaver and will definitely be returning to NBP when we come up.

Great pizza and wings. Honestly, New Boston Pizza is a diamond in the rough. They also have the biggest order of boneless wings I've ever seen. If you are in the area and want to make your dollar stretch far for a good amount of awesome food...New Boston Pizza is your place. We had a party last Halloween and ordered 15 pizzas and tons of garlic bread the day of the party. The lovely person I spoke to on the phone was sharp and called me later in the day to let me know they were working on my order. It was ready when I pulled in the parking lot and still fresh and hot for my party guests when I got home 10 mins later. That's not a fluke as we used them for a birthday party a few months later. We have gone here a handful of times over the last year as a last resort. I am so disappointed. One the consistency is terrible. We have ordered pizza and one time its ok the next its covered with more oregano than 22 gallons of my grandmothers sauce. The subs... typically I get an Italian..that is different every time and very lacking. Despite asking them to go easy on the mayo they put an entire tub on. Meatball sub no cheese despite ordering it with it ...then we order a BLT and it came with cheese ? Or something that resembled melted cheese that tastes like rubber gloves and not to mention it had maybe 3 slices of bacon on a 12 inch sub.... then 3 times or so we got a salad ...no meat or should i say a slice on an entire chef or anti pasta and just a...
