Taco Bell — Restaurant in New Boston

I ordered the NEW Cantina Chicken Bowl with no red cabbage, extra rice, and no chicken for $7.99, and this is what I received. The part that really pushed my buttons was when the employee, who was disheveled and looking like she was half asleep, just stared at me with the most straight face I have ever seen, not saying a word for close to 20 seconds when I asked where the other ingredients were. She said those shriveled tomatoes were Pico and "I know the ingredients, I work here." So then you know this isn't close to what I ordered? We waited inside for 18 minutes just to get this. Do better New Boston Taco Bell. This wasn't close, and she knew it.

The Taco Bell location in New Boston, OH is hit or miss most of the time. We usually order using the mobile app for pickup through the drive-thru. The meal usually consists of the $5 box that includes potatoes. 50% of the time they forget to include forks to eat the potatoes with, and the other 50% of the time they overcook the potatoes so much I could use them as gravel to line a driveway with. It's also 50/50 whether or not you'll receive any extras with your meal such as when adding extra beef or cheese to their food choices. With all of these problems this location is still head and shoulders above the Wheelersburg, OH location that consistently messes up orders, sloppily makes their food making it hard to eat, runs out of taco meat (of all things) and Baja blast regularly. This was really nice. Normally I prefer to go to a place like Toro Loco or Casa Grande but the person I was with wanted Taco Bell so we went here. This is a relatively new building at the time of my review too. It was very clean and everyone was nice. The food was great. The only reason I didn't give it 5/5 was because the menu said that our meal would be cheaper than it actually rang up.
