Hope the owner sees this! I would've given a 5 star. I was initially happy I found a quality coffee place until my last experience which was horrible. I had been ordering the same drink for the past 4 months and would go at least 3 days a week until the other day when I was overcharged again as it has been inconsistent. Whoever was in the back was bold enough to lose my business over a couple of dollars, very unwise when I would normally tip $3 to $6 every visit. You all really need to educate your staff and yourselves on the difference between a traditional macchiato and a Starbucks type macchiato. This shows you all aren't on the level of coffee internationally.
Not to mention the drinks I got for other people weren't made properly and the kid's hot chocolate burnt my daughter's mouth when I specifically I asked for it not to be so hot as that's how a kid's hot chocolate is supposed to be made, this is beyond unacceptable!! I would've expected more of an apology or some sort of compromise especially considering I was a regular and now will never go back or recommend you.
I've read your responses to other customers and you all are too proud so I hope your business doesn't last especially when you rely on locals for feedback!!

Read moreI don’t come here very often. A few times a month, and generally everything is fairly good. The people are friendly, the drinks are decent. Today, however, left a bad taste in my mouth. I ordered a latte, as I do every time I come here. It’s never been an issue before and it’s been good. Today, I ordered the exact same thing I always do, and whoever took my order at the drive thru tried to talk me out of it. Gave me excuse after excuse and told me the way my drink would be made, would curdle it. Since the exact same drink has never curdled before, it’s unlikely. I know how my drink is made. It’s never been an issue before here or elsewhere. I even confirmed with my sister about this (as she is a supervisor for a coffee shop elsewhere), and she confirmed, unless there is something in there that isn’t supposed to be, it shouldn’t curdle. At all. Now, I don’t know if the person taking my order was new (which is fine, we all learn), or just didn’t want to make the drink to the modifications I asked for - which is not fine. It shouldn’t matter how I ask for it, as I am the one paying for it. The coffee today was, in fact, below par of what I know this place can do.
