Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in New Braunfels

Since they have moved location from that old, hot location they were in this dominos has done sooooo sooooo much better. The only complaint I have is they still will not deliver to my address they say its out of range but I see them delivering to the hotels right down the street and have seen them deliver actually farther down the street then our neighbor hood so I wonder if this neighborhood didnt something to tick off the owners or managers, Otherwise I like the staff they are super friendly and there has only been one time where I had to wait for my food for more than a few minutes and that used to be a norm at old location. I placed an order on the app with a pickup time of 7:50-8:00pm. The order was being worked on by Daniel but was forgotten about. I arrived early and waited to about 8:05pm with no updates in the app. I called the store and was told it was being worked on and going into the oven without an apology or explanation as to the delay. I watched them during the call and they had to scroll pretty far back on their computer to find my order. If I had not called they would not have worked on my order. I had ordered some food here recently and it never arrived. The lady who answered the phone said shr would look into it which turned into me sitting on hold for 20 min. The driver, whose name was Madeline, finally got to my house with my reorder, which they didn't tell me was happening, went to three different houses before she arrived at mine and tossed my food onto the ground.
