Amazing owner such a sweet thoughtful person and Business owner! Made me feel beyond welcome as a new customer, she took her time to meet me outside of the food truck and off me a physical menu, and greet me, and also introduce her Business to me, she informed me that everything is homemade and what kind of food they provide and walked me over to a table where she also took my order, then offered to bring my good to my car! Because it was so hot outside, also once food was ready she brought to me and opened my passenger door and placed food inside also mentioning she added some free bunuelo bites for me to try! Stopped by today because my usual taco truck was closed. I am so glad they were because I got to experience this amazing food and customer service. The lady working the front actually came down to greet me and explain their menu. She was the sweetest and you can tell how much she cares for this truck. She was nice enough to include a small side of guacamole and asked kindly for me to try it with my tacos. ( It was some great guacamole 👌) When I got home these tacos looked and tasted amazing. You can see and taste the love and passion put into this food, from the home made corn tortillas to the flavorful salsa and very fresh meat. On top of all that they have churros too!? First off walking up I was greeted and welcomed very warmly. Since it was my first time she walked me through all their items and described each one thoroughly and let me sample the birria and horchata to compare to my previous places I've tried in the past. Every thing they have is home made and fresh. Their corn and flour tortillas are all home made daily. I ordered 4 orders of quesabirria tacos 1 order of chicken poblano cream sauce flautas and a pig Mexican burger and 1 horchata. There's not one thing that I can complain about. 10/10 for a food truck presentation quality and flavor. I will definitely be going back to eat again soon.
