Wally's Pizza — Restaurant in New Concord

Okay, on a beautiful day the patio addition on the side of the building is so romantic. The inside has a long bench and tv (except the TV was off while I was waiting). The location right upon the university staffs likely students, friendly enough, helpful and sounds honest about their recommendations. With that, the daily special is cool, right inline with student budget; ratio to price, totally fair. Since I tried the pizza, I also felt like this experience gave me student vibes! Crispy crust, not entirely hot with melted cheese yet surprisingly tasty that way all the same. I’m a student at MU, so it’s really nice to have a local restaurant right next to campus. There isn’t much in New Concord, but Wally’s is a solid place to go for lunch. The fact that it’s local and online ordering is a big part of why I prefer getting food from here compared to other places in town. They have a sub meal deal that’s not a bad price, so I get it often. It’s nice to be able to submit an order in class and have it ready for pickup as soon as I’m done. The employees are friendly and my orders are always right. My only words for improvement would be to maybe market more towards the younger generation since so many college kids are in town, and offer more lunch deals at fair prices. Please bring back your pizza kits for Fathers Day! I just spoke to someone (they were very nice btw!) And they said they thought you guys would be out for a few months. My dad grew up in Cambridge and he unfortunately was in a life changing accident about a year ago and I was really hoping to send him a few kits to try and cheer him up. He still talks about wallys anytime pizza is brought up. When I was 17 and got my license he used to have me drive almost 3 hrs one way to get wallys lol Anyways idk if there's a way to get these kits for father's day or if I could pay any extra cost to get one I'd really appreciate it.
