Tammy's Bakery & Candies — Restaurant in New Galilee

I like this bakery, they have great stuff, but they are always closed when they're suppose to be open! I walk with my kids on days it's suppose to be open, and end up having to walk home with crying kids who wanted to get a little treat. They are only open 3-4 days a week yet they still miss days and don't show up. Then they will go on long vacations and have a sign that will say when the will be back. And when you go there on that date they st won't e open!! It's the only thing in town that sells anything walking distance and I wish they would be open more or warn people they won't be showing up,so people's kids are not let down. They are suppose to be open right now, I have called several times and they are not answering: there is nothing on the answering machine that indicates they decided not to show up today! If they at Least said "hey we are suppose to be open today but will not be" would be better! So I don't bundle my kids up and walk over and let them down when I get there. So all in all good food...

I absolutely love this place! Her candy and pies are to die for. The owner is a sweetheart and all the workers are fantastic. They've got some cool old-school candies you can't really find other places. It's always clean and super easy to move through, but definitely go slow or you might miss some of the delicious things...
