Dunkin' — Restaurant in New Haven

Went for a Dunkin run to pick up an order for my friend, just for them to mess up i order 2 large frozen coffee no wipe cream but wipe cream was added anyways, and I got myself a Carmel cream frozen coffee but got an ice frozen coffee no Carmel and no wipe cream. I had them change the 2 larg frozen coffee but had missed to have my other order change. I was going to asked if they can redo my other order but another car thats had been waiting a while behind me honked at me to move as my order was being remade so I just left. This isn’t the first time my order has been made wrong other times I just let it go cause I was ether running late or didn't bother me as much thinking new trainees. But that wasn’t the case. I come here every time i’m in Bristol to visit family (every 2-3 months and we go 2-3 times) and they’re consistently serving food that is significantly below par. I got a cocoa mocha iced latte, where the bottom inch was just mocha and the entire coffee tasted like sour mud. The guy that made the food went at a ridiculously slow pace, as if he were wanting to be fired or yelled at. My bagel was burnt black across the top and i only had ONE slice of bacon. My boyfriends wake up wrap did not include bacon even though he asked for it. The Hashbrowns were ice cold. And his ice cold brew was filled with coffee grains at the bottom. Don’t waste your time! No consistency, never open, only accepts the app, so much for being supportive toward essential people like commercial drivers, Dunkin employee was completely disrespectful to the truck driver needing a coffee and doesn’t have the app. Why not shut off the app and only accept walk in or drive thru, not the other way around. Dunkin started in New England and the southern Dunkin companies are running more efficiently, and respectfully then where Dunkin started. Then when you get a coffee that you are paying almost $5-$8 per coffee it’s made completely incorrectly and if you ask them to fix the coffee they give attitude. Do better Donuts of...
