Went here for dinner on 6/10/17 for my mom's birthday. We had reservations for a table of 4, at 6:30 pm. The restaurant was not busy at all, but the service was SO SLOW. Our waiter took our drink order first, it took 40 minutes to receive our bottle of wine, and one mixed drink, our dinner order hadn't even been placed yet. We noticed that other tables were given a basket of popovers while they waited, but not us. We had to ask about the popovers, and we're told that yes, we should have been given a basket of them. Our waiter only had two other tables beside ours, yet he was never around. The meal was good, but the waiter never came back to see if we needed anything else, ask how the meal was, or to clear our table. We were all curious about a garnish listed on the menu called “Bacon Jam.” We asked our server about it and the next thing we knew, Chef David arrived at out table with a sample of his secret recipe. Holy Toledo! It’s Amazing! I want Bacon Jam on EVERYTHING now! Beef, chicken, fish, pancakes, the back of a spoon... Bacon Jam may contain trace amounts of some addictive substance. I don’t care.
