Short version… Beer was underwhelming, pizza was fine… personally, I’d avoid this stop. And hopefully, this is not what Santa Fe really has to offer. Folks, keep driving and find somewhere you feel comfortable and appreciated for being a customer.

Long version… Anyone who knows me knows, I drink a lot of beer, I love beer! I travel the world drinking beer, raving about my new favorite beer, collecting beer gear; even get my local liquor store to carry new beers I’ve found on my travels. I always encourage anyone who does not like beer, to keep trying beer, I believe they will find one they like. My friends also know, I tend to not write public reviews because I would never want to discourage someone from trying something new. However, I always share my experiences personally, be it when I post pictures of my trips, bring home beer for them to try, or drag my friends to booths at beer fests because one of my new favorite spots is there. Despite my feelings toward writing public reviews, I feel so inclined to share my experience. Granted, I have been driving around New Mexico for a week with my pup, exploring cities and what they had to offer, and we were rolling into Santa Fe a little later than expected. This was my first impression of Santa Fe New Mexico, and it was NOT good. I have yet to approach a bar at a brewery and feel so rushed and unwelcomed. I should have left right away and not ordered, yet, I was hungry and thirsty and wanted to give it a chance based on other’s opinions. Add to feeling unwelcomed, nothing chill or relaxing about this place… the bar tender could not tell me a lick about any beer they had on tap! Huge red flag!!! If your staff cannot speak to your product, at a brewery, get staff who is passionate about your beer if you want to call yourself a brewery. No beer gear collected, no cans purchased to bring home to share, won’t be posting pictures to encourage my friends to stop by; hoping to find better spots to enjoy my...

We were enjoying our time and decided after a couple of beers to head home and play it safe so we opted for purchasing beers to take home. We went up to the counter to close our tab. We asked for two samples of two different beers so we could decide what to buy, they gave us the same samples so we asked for a second sample so we could decide what to buy. The primal girl who closed our tab said sure I'll be right back as we were seconding what to buy: out of the blue this girl with red hair named Jessica comes up and says no more samples for you guys and I said why and she said "Just because" and I said well I was gonna buy a four pack to take home. Very condescending she said well go inside and get what you want and I said but I wanted to try the other one just so I can pick and she said too bad. I was in complete shock and my husband said "I want to speak to the manager" she said "i am the manager " he said "well that was rude I don't think we will be coming back" she said "oh well my loss". We got home and I called and so I could speak with the owner, and she (same girl) up the phone, I went about saying how I felt like I was treated unfairly so as to not have caused a scene there, and she knew it was me and hung up on me. This is very sad because I liked the food, drinks, atmosphere and up to this point the service was good, not sure why the other girls aren't managers and she is. No customer...

Stopped by on our drive from Albuquerque to Santa Fe. Beers were average. We decided to order a pizza as we had been traveling all day. Pizza took an hour. One of the employees there gave our pizza to another large group. When we suggested it was ours, we were told we were wrong. We waited another 20 minutes and finally found another employee who then talked to the kitchen who in fact confirmed that the pizza they made 30 minutes prior was ours and given to a group that didn’t even order it. So we sat for another 20 minutes waiting for a new one to be made. Exhausted from our full day of travel, we patiently waited. We were promised a refund, but never got it.

Mistakes happen, but if you say you are going to make it right and refund a customer due to a bad experience, you should follow through. We didn’t understand why they couldn’t just void our sale or process a refund through their POS system. We were told a refund would have to be called in and that it would have to be done the next day. It’s been 7 days and we have no refund posted.

It’s a cute spot to visit and they have a nice outdoor area which I’m sure would be great to hang out in over the summer enjoying some beers. I’m sure it’s a great spot for locals, but our experience was poor and ultimately the pizza we finally got was...

Sharing one of my favorite dog-friendly patios in Santa Fe County, @beercreekbrewingco! The Original Beer Creek Brewing Company (shown here) is located on the north end of the famous Turquoise Trail, officially Highway 14 Scenic Byway, at the crossroads known as San Marcos in Santa Fe County, New Mexico. They are also working on opening up a new BCBC Tap Room, at the intersection of Zia and Rodeo Road! πŸŽ‰ They offer a unique selection of their own craft beers, made with 100% New Mexico ingredients, plus options from other local breweries! 🍻 I’m a big fan of their pizza and wings, and of course their dog-friendly patio. Check β€˜em out!

Originally from "Beer City USA" in Michigan, we now travel in our retirement, and we enjoy visiting local brewpubs along the way. We thoroughly enjoyed Beer Creek Brewing Company - the atmosphere, the delicious pizza, the excellent service, and the tasty beer. Set in a rustic decor, there is a choice of both inside and outside seating. The varied but not overwhelming menu of appetizers, pizza, sandwiches, entrees, salads, and deserts, provide for great choices for a meal to be complimented by a variety of beers from IPAs to lagers to stouts (and more.) Take time to visit - enjoy lunch and brews - at Beer Creek Brewing Company. You'll be glad you did! And...for those of you that were fans of Longmire, this was a destination during area filming for at least one (if not more) of the cast of the show. NOTE: Google Maps have incorrect driving directions if your starting point is North of the brewery. Google Maps will instruct you to pass the brewery on NM-14 and go 10 minutes out of your way to Camino Los Abuelos, circle around Don Jose Loop and return to the brewery. The brewery is across the street on NM -14 from a Shell gas station and Line Butte General Store.

Absolutely great in every way. Food was awesome so good. service was outstanding. kitchen was clean. Pizza oven was clean and it was in use. i did look in the kitchen. The owners took me back and gave me permission to snoop around. fantastic clean. I ordered the miners stew & had a Rubin. The rye bread baked fresh in house brought tears to my eyes. The stew had very Fresh Hatch green chilies with proper cuts of meat and potatoes. where most mess up on stew is they make it soupy. This was not the case. It was a proper stew. The coffee: i hate to complement something so simple. However they found away to make me like their coffee more then my own. The rustic look was spot on. the patio was fantastic i will be back in the spring to sit out there. It was mighty chilly so i observed it only. I am blown away. great job Beer Creek Brewing Company. I will be back for more, and more
