I am honestly more confused than anything. We (4 of us) ordered our food online 30 min before arriving to this location. When we got there, there was a long drive thru line so we decided to go inside to speed things up. All the doors were locked and there was a line outside at the side door by the drive thru window. It was a decent line as we were about the 7th party back. We waited there for about 30 minutes and occasionally an employee would come out and talk to the first group in line but zero progress was made, no one got their food. The employee then let us know that he unlocked the door to the lobby. We went inside where we reformed the same line as outside but at the cash register. Waited ANOTHER 45 minutes and still no one was served. We had been watching one employee keep putting bags of food in a warmer under the front counter so I decided to approach him. When asked if we could get our food we ordered almost 2 hours ago, he responded "I have to get to all the online orders first." I told him we were an online order to which he seemed confused and responded that he had to get through all the online burrito orders before starting burgers. So they had not even started the burgers! And where did he think the people who make online orders get their food?? It's not delivered through the internet! I usually am understanding, especially now with the staffing and product shortages (COVID ugh), but this employee let 7 groups of people stand in front of him for 2+ hours without even asking if anyone had online orders. We had already spent $40-50 online on our orders and there was no refund option online and no one was answering on the phone. Wasted 2+ hours just to get a refund and an interaction with an extremely rude and honestly kind of stupid employee. I never even saw them bring an order to the drive thru window, they were just making orders for online people who didn't even exist and completely ignored the customers who were in front of their face. Yeah there may have only been 3-4 staff working there at the time but I've been to plenty of fast food places with limited staff who can whip out a cheeseburger (that's what we had ordered)...

However, any other time of day is a gamble. Went through the drive-thru today around 330 pm. There was one car parked waiting for food and one car ahead of me. Again, the wait was long. However, I wasn't in a hurry so I waited. Once I got to the speaker, I was told "I'll be right with you." Then we started playing the "can you hear me" game. While the drive-thru employee seemed nice and apologetic for the wait, her ability to listen and take an order was non-existent. I had to repeat my order three times - loudly and clearly. The last straw was when I was told "giggle I forgot what you said.... was that the meal? I'm sorry" after literally repeating my order three times..... each time indicating I wanted the combo - fries and a drink! I told her forget it and immediately drove to Whataburger were there were two lines with at least five cars a piece. I ordered, paid, and received my food inside of 15 minutes which speaks volumes in terms of their service. This location seems to pretty much given up in terms of service and customer satisfaction. I'll gladly spend my money elsewhere for better service.
Original post: The food quality is pretty good, I have no qualms there. BUT the wait in the drive thru is inexcusably long. Today, I waited over TEN minutes at the order speaker. There were 5-6 cars ahead of me, 3 in line and 3 parked waiting for their orders. I was told "I'll be right with you" about three minutes after I pulled up to order. So, I waited, no problem. I watched as three more cars joined in line behind me so I said "hello" around the 10 minute mark and was once again told "I'll be right wth you." I promptly left. At least Wendy's offers a nice apology and a frosty if you end up waiting for your food a little...
Read moreI'd save the time you'd spend waiting for the food, you should spend driving to the Central & Bridge location. I had called in my order and it was simple, a chicken basket and a Frito pie, no onions. Luckily there was only two cars with what seemed to be small orders too, so I pulled up to the drive through with intentions of a little bit of wait time (obviously) which I didn't mind. It was the fact that the cashier, Mi××el, might have forgot that he told us to wait. Actually all he said was "Thanks for choosing Blake's I'm Mi××el, I'll be right with you" I don't know if they tell people to wait in hopes that they leave, but as I said my order should already be hot and ready inside Blake's, So i didn't leave. After a good while, I decided to ask if there was anyone there. Someone else replied and I told her I was the call in order, after a couple second of what I'm guessing was "searching" she asked me what was in my order. I knew that the order got lost or something like that because it took her a long time to "get our food". I had second guesses after I read all the reviews on here and I knew I'd end up being another.. I checked my bags to make sure I had everything and the food items were correct but the chicken basket was thrown into two separate bags.. For some reason. After that my drinks were wrong I had got a warm sweet tea but that is okay because I get to put my own ice! Super sugary anyhow. Also got Diet Coke flavored ice because their was literally only a couple of drinks with the ice all the way to the top, I didn't even order Diet Coke. I don't recommend this place to anyone. But you should visit the Central and Bridge location because I've yet to be disappointed in their customer service. I've ate at this Coors location before and it wasn't a memorable experience, this was a bad memorable one....
