Today I give the morning floor manager only 1 star. A customer's order was made improperly and he complained and showed it to both cashier and manager. He was told his order would be redone to reflect the proper sandwich. They did not ask for the incorrect order to be returned. When he returned to the counter to check the status of his order the manager asked for the incorrect sandwich back. The customer brought him the sandwich, which he had taken a few bites from. The manager claimed since he had "eaten" the sandwich he would not receive a new sandwich without paying for it. Understandably the customer was angry. He responded by throwing wadding the sandwich and wrapper on the floor and loudly calling the manager on his BS. The manager responded by threatening to call the police on the customer. The customer told him to do so and left. Side note: the customer was a truck driver who did not have all day to wait for the manager's nonsense. Now, I have received my order. I waited 10 minutes to order, another 10 to receive my order and had to take my order and leave as I too am a driver with a schedule to meet. I get in my truck, get my sandwich out... and it is incorrect... worst customer service ever. I know the cashier took the order correctly, as my receipt reflects it. Obviously those who made the sandwich did not pay attention to the order details. Wasted time-wasted money. Carl's Jr Corp. Please give your employees proper training. Sloppy and incorrect service is bad enough but now I feel you are allowing your employees to RIP customers off. I for one will spend my money elsewhere...
Read moreWatch out for this place...I used to go in there everyday, to get a steak burrito...very good, only, if fresh... I got my daily steak burrito fix 1 day...it was dry, not juicy, the meat was crumbly, and after inspecting it, looked so dried out, I wouldn't even feed it to my dog! I took it back, the witch working there got very hateful...and she knew I was a regular customer! I quit getting my regular breakfast, then a few weeks later, I ordered a steak burrito again...same dried out OLD food. Hateful staff, and BOTH times it was the manager...Machele... Save your $$. Just beyond this location, on the other side of the road, is another Carl's,jr. They serve fresh steak. It's at Central Ave and coors blvd...just, B4 coors blvd on the right. Don't even think about eating a biscuit here, either, at the 1st location...they're beyond dried out...hard as a rock, but the cute little birds love them... I don't go to a "restaurant" for bird food!! Do you? Or dog food. Beware of even stopping here. Bad food, hateful staff. And they don't care if they're so many many other places to stop and get good...
Read moreOne star is really one too many. Today my husband was denied service from the assistant manager on duty. He waited 10 mins while SHE ignored him (along with 5 other people in the line behind him), when she finally did "wait" on him, he ordered and tried to pay using his Loves points as he is a truck driver. She told him the machine was down and he couldn't use them. He said, "of course it is," and took cash from his wallet. Then she told him not to get a attitude and he told asked her who was she to tell him how to behave? She then told she wouldn't serve him because he had a "attitude. " He then asked to speak to a manager and she said she was the manager! She then proceeded to ignore him and told the person behind him to come forward. He left hungry and had to drive another 70 miles for a place he could get his truck into to eat at. That Loves did confirm the points system was down but that she could've done the points manually!
