This place is ridiculous and has no sense of customer service what so ever! My order consisted of 2 double green Chile cheeseburgers 2 hot n spicys a big mac meal a powerade and 4 cookies. First I was asked to wait for the cookies ok no big deal then I get home to find no cheeseburgers and a half empty box of lg fries so I try calling 6 times to let them know about the mishap no answer finally as I'm turning in and have to wait in line again the phone is answered by a Male stating he is the manager but refused to give me his name which I asked for several times. I told him what was missing and he said to come up to the window in the drive thru I get there and was still told I could not have his name and to go to the 2nd window then I was asked what was missing by another manager Naomi very nice by the way but I was asked to pull forward and wait again so I dont holdup the line. First of all I've paid and have already waited in line twice. Also lets remember all this time waiting in line the food i did get and paid for is getting cold and I'm sorry but cold food and fires are discusting! This has happend so often at this location and not once do they apologize for the mess up on thier part and I either have to pull my whole order out or go back. They really need to check what they are sending out before handing it to the customer we pay our hard earned money to support the business they are working for the least they can do is make sure everything is there. I understand we are all human and make mistakes but I kid you not this happens everytime I go to this location. I later found out this managers name was Marco he needs a crash course in customer service they did not complete the order I paid for and had no apology for me even having to waste my gas and my time to go back for them to make it right.    Read moreI think this McDonald's should only really get zero to half a star. The service was very slow. The Lobby was super dirty and the play area was neglected. My toddler daughter even commented on how dirty it was and didn't want to get her socks dirty while playing because there were smushed fries everywhere. There were like 10 people staffing this place on a Sunday evening and not one was on Lobby duty to clean for at least an hour during our stay.
There are no changing tables in the bathrooms - men's or women's - so for infant's this is a no to to dine-in. The women's bathroom and dryer doesn't work - Not a deal breaker but there is no paper towel dispenser. The door to the play area has an alarm on it, but no sign telling people it is an emergency exit and the alarm will sound. Needless to say, several people left through the door and each time the alarm went off and the staff could only scoff and say "Again?" - like they couldn't understand why people would walk out of the door.
My wife asked for water and the cashier employees acted like they didn't know how to get a cup of water. She waited like 7 mins with no other customers there before they finally got her a water.
And, some random lady started helping clean the play area. As is the case with many fast food restaurants, it seems that customers know people that work there. This lady was obviously one of them and was chatting with the employee that was doing less work than here.
McDonald's can remodel their lobbies and add some paint to the exterior to try to make it nice, but it seems that there is a general lack of stewardship that the employees demonstrate at this branch. We have never decided that we would ban a McDonald's from a place to visit for some quick and easy food, but this place was subpar...even for McDonald's. We'll never go back. As I was trying to add rewards i had and add it to pick up. My new car has noise cancelling if windows are up so as i pull up i got my phone out of my purse and opened the app. She was already irritated for some reason. I was undecided what i wanted today and as she entered the code she said all rude a 10pc is that all you want i said no add anonther 10pc. As i pulled up to window i asked her name and said id like to speak to a manager she was like im not giving you my name I am a manager I said as a customer Id like your name im going to speak with a supervisor. She wouldnt give it to me. When I got my order i asked for a supervisor. She gave me the name yamille or something like that. I notified corporate because the supervisor had nothing to say.
