While the burger was absolutely amazing. The service was the worst I’ve experienced in years. We apparently arrived 10 minutes prior to closing (even though ALL signs clearly said closing was at 9pm, and that included their website!) and the lady said I better order fast. Now I’ve worked fast food before and we’ve always taken orders up to close period. I might not be a local, but I’ll skip this particular spot in the future. My second issue is that they refused to allow not one but TWO disabled people (one being a child whom I had to cath in the backseat of my car) use the restroom because god forbid we dirty it prior to them closing. It was not broken, out of order or anything. It was closed off because they didn’t want to have to clean it. Simply rude people. Unless you want to be treated like absolute crud, go to the bigger stops! They at least appreciate the business you give them!
Also a word of advice for the business.... all of this could have been avoided if you would only fix your website and adjust the times you are open. Overall.... great burger, but not worth the grief the...
Read moreIt's not any longer, for now, the World Famous one on the internet, and the yt videos. Now it's, greedylazy sloppy burger. Anyburger. Although there's still lots of meat, and it's tasty.
The real one, is more tasty, and healthy. And here's the problem. True, it takes a minimum of time to properly cook a Laguna Burger, no way around that, and they got famous, and the lines, and they don't hire more Acoma Laguna ladies, and pay more so that they can make busy times and go home for the day., they simply make fraud Laguna Burgers, at busy times.
This problem, has been in Albuquerque, so I drive there to 66, for the real one, although they're now also fraudulent burgers there too now. Like Blakes Lotta burger has become. Living on a former reputation not hard to recover.
Not hard to fix, bad management is to blame, one star until Albuquerque is making true Laguna Burgers.
Intel area is toxic, never going there, not even built yet. Doesn't anybody research property health anymore? It's only good to drive away from that area with the windows rolled up.
Have an...
Read moreI waited to write this review until after I had time to think about our experience. Didn't want to overreact. We drove out from Albuquerque on a Thursday night, arrived with father in law in tow (walker and 85yrs) at 7:40 pm. We did not realize they closed at 8 when we ordered. There were 4 tables with people sitting down & eating. By the time we ordered and got our drinks, they were picking up the chairs and pushing the tables aside to prepare to close at 8pm (10 minutes early) Told us we could not sit to eat the food we are still waiting for and can't sit at the outside tables either. There were still 3 tables of people sitting in the booths. So we had no choice but to take our $40 worth of burgers and fries and drive 30 miles back home to eat them cold/nuked....
