I stumbled upon this truck last December, and I couldn’t have been more impressed. I was hesitant at first due to the premium pricing, but the quality of the food absolutely justified the cost. The lobster tacos and strawberry kiwi twist quickly became my go-to items. Not only are they visually stunning, but they’re also packed with flavor.

That said, I’ve been visiting about 1–2 times a month since then, and I’ve noticed a decline in consistency. On three separate occasions, my order was incorrect (e.g., asked for no lettuce, requested grilled but received fried). For two months straight, the Oreo/banana pudding (which I was really looking forward to) was unavailable. Even the presentation of the lemonade, which used to be a standout, has lost its visual appeal.

To be fair, the last month has shown some improvement: my orders have been correct, and dessert has been available each visit. However, the lemonade still hasn’t returned to its former glory.

Despite these inconsistencies, I’ll continue to support this truck because of the incredible food and the genuinely courteous people behind it. I just hope to see more consistency in quality, especially with my meal priced at $35+.

Thank you all for the amazing flavors and experiences you bring looking forward to seeing you...

So let me start by saying, presentation is everything. When I pulled up I almost didn’t know I was looking at a food truck because the surroundings were not pleasant and the truck is almost unnoticeable. It was trashy. Not to mention when we got our food it looked NOTHING like the pictures. It seemed as though everything was rushed, I ordered the catfish and shrimp plate which was wrong, they gave me chicken instead, and the shrimp were overcooked and tasted like nothing special. I could’ve went to a backyard party and gotten better food honestly. The Nola sauce was nothing special, the “Cajun” fries tasted plain. For a $20 dollar plate I was expecting it to be OVERFLOWING, but no. There were a handful of fries, about 6 shrimp and one piece of fish that I had to wait about 30 MORE minutes for. Wait time was another thing. The initial wait was 20-30 minutes then when they had to REDO my order, I had to wait even LONGER. We were there for almost 2 hours from waiting in the line which took about 30-45 minutes, then waiting ON the food for 30 minutes then ANOTHER 30 minutes because they messed up! I would never go here again. It is overpriced...

First and formeost Ora was a pleasure and was the individual taking my order. She was so helpful in making my order. I have been wanting to try them for a while and I'm glad my schedule allowed me to stop by and order. I decided on getting the surf and turf tacos and fries. I switched the jalapeño ranch for the Nola sauce just for personal preference. (I'm not a ranch person...but I got it on the side to try.) I also ordered the tropical lemonade w/ added strawberry. Starting with the tacos.... Listen! They were sooo good. They were stuffed to the max with perfectly seasoned ground beef and shrimp (could have used a shrimp or two more cause im greedy like that, lol) I did try the jalapeño ranch and it was definitely a spicy ranch but again, personal preference. I'm ok with my switch to the Nola Sauce. The fries were seasoned well but baby when I dipped it in that Nola sauce, it was the perfect bite. The lemonade was soooo pretty and it tasted like it looked. Definitely going back! What a treat!!

I did pay extra for my extra Nola sauce. 2 for $1 and also make sure you have exact change and/ or keep in mind that there is a $1...

I recently visited ITS NOLA BABY and had an incredible experience! The moment I approached the truck, the aroma of delicious food wafted through the air, making me even more hungry! Lol I ordered a specific dish and they did not disappoint! The flavors were rich and perfectly balanced, and you can tell that everything is made with fresh ingredients. The portion sizes were generous, and I left feeling completely satisfied. The staff was friendly and welcoming, making the entire experience even better. They were happy to answer my questions and provide recommendations, which I really appreciated. If you’re in the area, I highly recommend checking out (ITS NOLA BABY) . I can’t wait to go back and try more items from their menu! 🍴✨
