I frequently visit this location, but now I see why I slacked off coming here. It’s like it’s a bunch of young kids working here that doesn’t care about the job or the customers. When I visit, it’s always lots of joking and playing around. The order is almost always messed up, and attitude is given when wanting to replace the MESSED UP ORDER. Well tonight was the last time I’ll ever come and spend the $30-$40 I always spend. I tried ordering a family meal, and we always substitute the pieces of chicken because we don’t eat thighs, however, this time we were told that we couldn’t substitute the pieces because they were not dropping anymore pieces for the night (mind you this was at 7, the website says it closes at 9), and this was before the order taker even asked what pieces we wanted. Not only was the young lady unprofessional, you can hear laughing as if this were a joke! As a customer spending their hard earned money, this was ridiculous! Last time visiting...
Read moreThis is my neighborhood restaurant, we've been customers for over 25 years. Do not go to this location!! Placed my order, waited 10 minutes, people behind me were served. I asked how long, the attendant went to the back for 2 minutes, I heard someone say it will be 20 minutes. I requested a refund, the manager on duty said she couldn't give a refund for the $40 card payment because the system was down. I replied that she could give me cash, she refused. She called her manager, she offered no solution. I finally got her name and number with instructions to call after 4:00pm the next day. When I called, the number was "not in service". Contacted corporate, they can only offer a digital coupon as this is a franchise store. I never received a response from the local owners/managers and the time spent contacting corporate was a waste! What a horrible way to run a business! We will never patronize this...
Read moreDine-in is closed, so I ordered curbside pickup. Took 30+ minutes to even get my order but the drive thru line, which had been out onto the main street, was moving along just fine. I had to get out of my car, wait at the door for someone to come tell me their indoor dining was closed but I just wanted my order… he went in to check on it and probably tell them they had a mobile order. Funny thing is, my friend had a terrible experience with ordering online herself. I don’t know what needs to be done about the online ordering process because it obviously needs a lot of reworking if I’m waiting for 30+ minutes while the drive-thru line is just chugging along.
