Raising Cane's Chicken Fingers — Restaurant in New Orleans

Very slow drive thru. Line was all the way to the street and took us about 30 minutes to get our food with maybe 15 cars in front of us. The person that took our order got it completely wrong and we had to correct it at the first window. Compared to the wait, everything went swiftly after getting to the first window. The employee was polite and quickly corrected our order for us, and we got our food right away at the second window. Unfortunately, once we got home, we found our fries and tenders weren't fresh. Just warm from the heat lamp I suppose. If you are serving cold food when you have a line going to the street then you are doing something horribly wrong. I paid $15 for two three finger combos with no drinks. That's already kind of an annoyance, but having to wait 30 minutes for it only to be cold when we get home...

First time ever trying as where I was originally from didn’t have Raising Cane’s. Adam, who seemed like the manager, was great at explaining the concept, the taste of everything and what to expect. Unfortunately I don’t do spicy but the chicken fingers with just honey mustard were great. As promised by Adam, they tasted tender, real and not processed and fresh off the farm! It is very simple food as I felt 5yrs old again ordering off of a kids menu but for the price these days and what you get it’s a good meal. The dining room had a great atmosphere and was SO CLEAN! I ordered the combo(drive thru) that was supposed to have four chicken tenders in it but I only got three chicken tenders they tried to cover it up by putting French fries over the tenders the only reason I didn't go in and complain one is because I'm leaving tomorrow for Hawaii and I wouldn't want to go to jail behind a chicken finger and two I had my best friend with me and I know he would have went off and we would've went to jail behind the chicken tender so I let it go. I'm usually a very humble and calm person it takes a lot for me to get upset and I think it's really screwed up that people try to get over especially when you're paying your money for something none of that s* was free do...
