I loved supporting this business, but I don't think I will be back for inconvenience. They offer UberEats and Google ordering as options to place orders. When I have used UberEats, the order has never been ready when I went to pick up. I've waited 45 min to an hour after allowing at least 20 mins for the food to be prepared!

Today, I ordered on Google and paid through clover. I received an email from Google for my order, and my card has been charged. I arrived at the establishment over an hour after being charged (because I already expected that the food would not be ready in the recommended 20 min). They said they had no order for me, and they were out of what I'd ordered and paid for!

I was told that my card would automatically be refunded for no order picked up. I am going to closely monitor my account to make sure. Cases like this are the reason I usually just pay more to go outside my area to Metarie or Slidell.

I try to support small businesses in New Orleans East, but a lot of them don't have their stuff together! I've given this place enough chances! Maybe, they should stick to only in- person and antiquated telephone orders only, IJS. The food is alright, but it's not worth the Hassel! Three customers lost for...

Last night was my first time visiting, and overall, I had a good time. The food took a little while to come out, but it was good.

However, as I was leaving, I witnessed my bartender, Tiffany, physically hit another bartender behind the bar. Earlier in the evening, I also saw her aggressively curse out a male customer and throw away his drink. I was going to leave this review regardless, but witnessing that physical altercation was the final straw.

Although I initially planned to return and even bring friends and family, I cannot support or return to a place where violence and such blatant disrespect are tolerated. I do not condone violence under any circumstances, and I should not have been subjected to it during what was supposed to be an enjoyable night out. I will not be...

I have been there several times. I will definitely go back many more times. I have eaten in the establishment and have picked up to go orders. My orders were ready when I got there. I received great customer service on the dine in and curbside service. They came to the car time I drove up. The food was hot and don’t talk about good. I have enjoyed everything I’ve ever ordered.
