The Place On Spring Street — Restaurant in New Paris

The coffee is delicious! The owner is ambitious and very accommodating. We ordered a honey vanilla latte and the drink special brown sugar maple pecan latte. We wanted almond milk and she offered to try an almond milk foam and she ended up doing an espresso foam with the almond milk that is FANTASTIC! There’s an idea for tiramisu in here somewhere. This space is bigger than we thought it would be. Plenty of indoor and outdoor seating. Minimal baked and snack goods available with more food items coming soon! Hopefully we can visit again someday. One of the best places I've been to in a long time! The sweets were AMAZING and the drinks were delicious! Me and my sister went about thirty minutes before they closed so we didn't stay long but honestly within the first five minutes we knew immediately we would be coming back. This place is still in progress but already impressive. The owner is building it up all by herself with her daughters. She has such a cool vision with lots of amazing ideas! My family loved everything we ate/drank and enjoyed talking to the owner and hearing about her vision. She even gave us a tour!!
