Miller's Creamery — Restaurant in New Philadelphia

Stopped by Miller’s Creamery while in town. Overall, it was a good experience. I had the sloppy joe, which was really sweet, but I actually like it that way. I added mustard and it hit the spot. The brownie batter shake was the standout. So rich and delicious.

The staff was friendly. They swapped out my stale chips without any hassle, and they made a one-time exception for my grandma to trade her slushee for a shake, which we appreciated. Madison, the manager, was especially kind and helpful.

If I had one suggestion, it would be to let customers substitute a cheaper item for a more expensive one on the specials. For example, letting someone pick a slushee instead of a shake without an issue. That little change could make things...

Friendly and helpful staff...Plenty of hand dipped Ice cream offerings and also soft serve available. A large sandwiches/sides menu .. It's all priced reasonably. For an ice cream business, it's extremely clean !! 👌.. Large dine in area and of course very family friendly.. and for those those in a hurry, I hear that their drive thru is very quick and accurate !! ..On a busy Friday night dine in .. From the time we placed our order , we enjoyed our ice cream treat. we were back on the road in 25 minutes. .. I ordered a hot fudge sundae with no toppings, although they had plenty of toppings to choose from. Apple crisp, picked by my brother and pumpkin ice cream for my sister.. welcome...

Adorable place with a bigger menu than I expected. There's burgers, hot dogs, sandwiches, soups, and daily specials in addition to their large ice cream menu. They don't do fries but they have name brand chips, homemade soup, and canned soda. The double cheeseburgers are massive and cheesey! I also loved my zuppa toscana soup and coffee latte shake. Chilli on the hotdog is on the sweet side, but still enjoyable. There's no sign out front of the building, looks like they're at the end of a big remodel, but definitely recommend stopping and trying.
