First- we haven't been here since the new ownership and my husband and I went for a date night and it was frankly, terrible from start to finish.
Service was slow and we were the only people there other than a few guys at the bar, on a Thursday night! That should have clued us in right there. We finally got our drinks and all we could hear was the waitstaff and MANAGER gossiping. My husband sat with an empty drink for 10+ min.
Finally we get our food and I got the chicken alfredo and my husband the chicken melt. The chicken in the alfredo was gummy, definitely frozen and possibly boiled by the texture. I like aldente, but this pasta was raw and the alfredo sauce itself was broken. I never send food back, but even I sent this back. Waitress took it to the kitchen and they said that is how it always is made. The bread stick was smoking hot where i couldnt touch it but the dish was ice cold. I expect more from a $20 dish.
My husband's $15 tender melt was made from bottom of the line frozen chicken, like think of the stuff they slapped on our plates while in elementary school. Cheese wasn't fully melted, but he said the fries were alright.
We had to get our own Ketchup and ranch for his stuff from the salad bar because the waitress never came back. When she brought us our bill with some of the stuff taken off, she did ask if we wanted to see the manager. We said yes. The MANAGER would not speak to us, so yes, at this point my husband was frustrated. Both my husband and I have been in the food industry and could not believe a manager would play telephone with us through a young waitress.

Read moreI had the Chicken Bacon Ranch Flatbread. The flavor and texture of the meal was worth the poor to mediocre service. Perhaps a training issue, or just a bad night with the server. I expect the service to be a bit more 'Johnny-on-the-spot'. Keeping the waters full, napkins on hand and the used dishes and flatware cleared go a long way. You'll sell more appetizers, cocktails and dessert if you hustle a bit more and stay attentive. A smile and a little kindness doesn't hurt and is free. The other meals arrived, which were burgers, which were supposed to be cooked medium, were well done and pressed so they were very dry. We did let our waitress know about the food. The burgers were not eaten. A manager (that we did not request) came to check our table, let them know about the overcooked burgers. Other than close out out ticket, nothing was done.
