I have over 30 years of patronizing this business and I will continue to as long as they're open for business. I love the food, I've had several items from the menu and have always been satisfied. They serve a homemade burger called the Bengal Burger and it is SO GOOD, all of the food is ❤️ Phone orders taken, grest customer service and a comfortable dine-in are available. Highly recommended!

Food was okay. Wait was long, but that's because they cook to order, so that is appreciated. Old and cluttered. Was really warm in there. I would eat there again but would like to try somewhere else in town first.

GREAT shrimp plate and onion rings, to eat as "finger food", on the trip back to New Orleans. Two companions ordered cheese burgers with fries. (I was the driver)

I went yesterday. Coworker ordered a large hamburger and root beer. Price was $6.71. I had them add it to my bill because his card would not go through. I ordered a large cheeseburger, french fries, and rootbeer. The new total charged was $19.70. This means cheese and fries costs $6.28. I tipped $3 cash because I always tip. I paid the bill with my card but was asked for my pin #. I told them no. At this point I didn't trust them because I knew I was being charged a bit much for the meal. I told the person taking my order that over charged me NO. He told me if I can reach the (key) pad I could put it in myself. I did as I used to be a cashier and can use a one-hand calculator ( most people can, you have one on your phone). I will do my best to avoid this place because cheese and fries cannot cost $6.28 extra and never ever ask for a pin number. The taste of the food was bland. Pre-made processed meat. The fries were soggy at best but warm like they were shelved away from the heat lamp. The rootbeer was great but the cup was filled to the lid with ice so it was lacking. It was so much ice that I was able to refill it with warm rootbeer from that morning after I ate my meal and still had ice in the cup. My coworker said the meal was worthless. They gave no salt, pepper, or napkins. I feel bad about asking my coworker to repay me but then again a large cheeseburger, fries and drink should not cost $12.96 + tip when a hamburger and drink cost $6.71. Also, no dine in. Take out and call ahead...
