First visit to this place. Definitely won't be pur last. Nice place, overall.

The Sunday brunch remains were still on the serving tables which were covered with crumbs & leftovers, although, according to our server, they had stopped serving brunch over for an hour earlier A bit distracting as we passed this when shown to our table.

Menu had great variety. Food was yummy. Service was not very efficient. Had to prompt our server to tell us the specials & bring us drink refills.

Chips & queso appetizer was very good. Daughter had a burger which she said was delicious.

I had shrimp & grits. (I sample them everywhere I go so that I can compare them. Hence the detailed review.)

This dish here at Lost Lagoon was very tasty, although I've never had it served with the tails still on the shrimp & all the ingredients placed on top of the grits instead of blended in. Also, the grits are usually creamier than they were in this dish.

HOWEVER, once I removed the tails from this generous number of large shrimp (12), picked off about 1/2 of the scallions & stirred the very ample helping of bacon together with the other ingredients, I found this to be one of the most delicious shrimp & grits I've ever had.....Guess I'll get used to the way it's served, as I'll definitely order it again. 😉

Lost Lagoon is a pleasant, relaxed place to eat & I know we will be visiting it again & suggest you...

After visiting The Lost Lagoon for the third time, this will be my last. I called the day before to make a reservation for 16 people at 6:45 PM. The hostess had no issue with it, but on the day of the reservation, I received a call asking if we could move outside. When I declined, I was given attitude for not changing our plans.

When we arrived, the young man at the host stand (in a bright orange/pink shirt) rudely told us they could not seat us together and insisted on splitting us into two tables in the back—even though the restaurant was not busy and there was space at the front where tables could have been rearranged. This was especially frustrating since we were celebrating birthdays and had family visiting from out of town.

To make matters worse, near the end of the night, the same host rushed through cleaning and sprayed down the back door, getting cleaning solution on my elderly mother’s arm and even into her drink. He then quickly left without any concern for what had just happened.

The only positive part of the evening was our wonderful server and the kitchen manager, who went above and beyond to make sure my sister’s meal was safe given her shellfish allergy. Their effort was the only reason the experience wasn’t worse.

Unfortunately, the overall service, attitude, and unprofessional behavior from the host made this visit unacceptable. I will not...

I’ve been a regular for many years and brought a lot of business… Especially out of town guests. A strange incident happened last Thursday, where I’ve made numerous phone calls and solidified that they had a barrel Somebody put in driving path of cars. I backed out of my spot with my Mercedes. Five people screamed as it got hit and damaged. I phoned the restaurant & spoke with Heather that confirmed That people were driving around this barrel I just wanted my car fixed They actually blocked me on Facebook tonight because their was no way to call them or message them. I did speak to a manager on Saturday. Alba Again, no call returned It’s pretty sad I brought so many people there so much business regularly. To block me and not return my call to fix a simple situation especially I did not even put it on Facebook Just call me They blocked me Actually, I spoke to a police officer on Saturday. I guess I will have to make a report. It’s despicable their unprofessionalism. Very disturbed by their actions speak volumes You just lost a lot of business. I saw a lot of your reviews and I never commented on all these horrible reviews. It’s not your bartenders fault. Management /Ownership for Error at your establishment!!!!! I will make sure nobody goes there as I do referrals. Very...

Upbeat place where the locals hang out. After an hour sitting at the bar eating my lunch, I became keenly aware this was definitely a happening locals favorite spot. A select few had their favorite seats and the bartender didn't have to ask what they wanted, she knew. I ordered a bourbon and diet that was great. For lunch I had the chicken tender salad with ranch. Those tenders were breaded lightly, loaded with flavor, hot and fresh. They were great. I gave 4 stars (on the food) in stead of five because the salad was good, but needed a little more effort. The red onion was cut too big. The salad dressing was so think there was no pouring out of the plastic containers onto the salad. I dipped the chicken tenders and or salad into the dressing. The flavors were all wonderful. Minor issues, still a great place to stop for a bite. In today's world where relationships are between one person and a phone, Lost Lagoon Wings and Grill is a breath of fresh air. Relationships there are among friends. Go and see for yourself.

I loved this place a lot! They really know how to treat hungry guests here at the Lost Lagoon. Our waitresses, Jillian and Taylor, were very attentive, helpful, and sweet. Kudos to them for making my friends and I have a great experience! For our appetizers, my friends and I got Pretzel Bites (not pictured), Mozzy Sticks, and Onion Petals. They were all home runs and very delicious. The onion petals and pretzel bites both came in tremendous portions with some good sauce to go with them as well. The mozzarella sticks were also cooked to perfection with a crisp to go along with it. could For my entrée, I got blazin’ wings with some fries and bleu cheese. The wings, despite not being as saucy as I thought it would be, still had a good kick of spice and flavor. To top it off, they were super crispy and the wings were also juicy enough to match the crisp ratio. Next time I’m back in Ponce Inlet, you’ll most likely be seeing me again sometime soon.

One of the best restaurants that we have visited in New Smyrna! We were very impressed during our lunch visit. The atmosphere is very inviting with a island, vacation type theme. They had nice island music playing. The menu had variety, there is something for everyone. Jess, our server was great, she was very attentive and made sure we had everything we needed to enjoy our meal. The Mahi Mahi entrée was delicious. The fish was perfectly cooked and seasoned. The entrée comes with two sides, and I got the garlic mashed potatoes and sautéed spinach. The meal was delicious. Jerry the Manager came by to our table a couple of times to make sure that we were enjoying ourselves. We will definitely visit again to try the wings, and the Sunday Brunch! Highly recommended restaurant.
