Little Italy Pizza — Restaurant in New Straitsville

I camped at Begley’s campground last weekend, which is right down the road. After hearing several people who have camped at Begley’s and recommended Little Italy, I ordered the most expensive pizza of my life. After over an hour of not getting my pizza, I called to see what was going on. To order online, I had to put in an exact street address. The employee that answered the phone said the driver didn’t know the address and was driving around trying to find it (although I specifically put Begley’s in the delivery notes along with specific info about our campsite). She said she would call to let the driver know. The pizza arrived not even warm (probably because it had been nearly 1.5 hours at this point since ordering) and smooshed to the side of the box as if the driver was whipping around corners. The pan crust I ordered came as a thin crust, and the ground beef on the pizza came as sausage. Not at all worth the price to get a room temp pizza an hour and a half late that’s not even...

The older lady who was working Sept. 30th, 2023 around 6pm.. was rude.. didn't wanna take mine & my husbands order. And then got rude towards us after we payed; saying she needed my service dog and I needed to wait outside... or show papers for her.. I explained that theres no such thing as paperwork for service dogs.. she rolled her eyes and told us to just go sit down somewhere if we wanted our food....

We waited over an hour... watched customers come and go, almost everyone complained...

Once we got our food, our breadsticks were legitimately hotdog buns.. the potato skins were a bit burnt and we only got 3 of em... for $5.. TGIF potato skins got more potatoes for around the same price.. and more flavor...

The pizza was pretty good..

The customer service was awful, the older lady was belittling the two younger workers and saying everything was the younger...

I have never been in Little Italy to eat or order. One day during COVID-19 in 2020, I called to see if it was possible to use their ATM, No because no customer was allowed to be inside. At 1st she wanted Debit card number just to place an order. Don't give my Debit Card to no one. I know a few people who say their Subs Suck. Never enough on them. This was with Original Owner. Prices to High. Slow service. Have you ever heard of an Italian Restaurant that didn't have Beer and Wine on the Menu?
