Subway — Restaurant in New Waverly

I normally don’t leave reviews, but I felt like this needed to be said. I’ve been to this location multiple times, and almost every time I’ve interacted with the same male employee (he’s the only guy I’ve seen working there), the experience has been negative.

Today around 5 p.m., he served my uncle and was just straight-up rude. He shorted him on the meat — noticeably less than what’s usually given — and was complaining out loud about another co-worker being “snobby.” Not only was that unprofessional, but it also made the whole vibe uncomfortable.

This isn’t the first time, either. Every time I’ve come in contact with this employee, he seems irritated, dismissive, and like he doesn’t even want to be there. I didn’t tell him to apply, so that energy shouldn’t be pushed onto paying customers.

The rest of the staff has always been cool and respectful, so I’m not blaming the whole store. But I do think whoever’s in charge should be aware of how he’s coming off to...

This was my first time in this subway. I was impressed in every way! I was welcomed apon entering--which I truly do enjoy! Apon reaching the "veggies" I was immediately surprised by the organization and cleanliness of the area! Even the tomato slices were all layeredvdry nicely!!

The young lady who took my order was very polite and friendly!

I had used the restroom and it too was impeccably clean!! I even looked into the corners of the floor, and it was spotless!!!!

I have patronized Subway for years and I can comfortably state--This was the cleanest, most organized and most stocked of ANY Subway I have ever seen!!!

I wonder who owns this and WHY? Insane experience- I really thought I might be in candid camera. One thin male with short hair “working.” They were out of all veggies except pickles but he has TWO pickles in the bin!! He said they’re no additional veggies in the back?
