I was waiting in line to get coffee; I noticed a lot of people were entering the store without wearing face mask despite the signs posted outside the store that say mask is required upon entering due to Covid 19. Seeing people without a face mask in the store really didn’t bother me since I had my mask on. What was disturbing to me was that some of the employees walking around in the store and attending to the customers were not wearing face mask. The two ladies at the Dunkin’ Donuts station also were not wearing their mask. Upon getting to the front of the line, I asked the two ladies how come some of the employees including them were not wearing mask when there are signs outside that say mask is required upon entering. How can they except the customers to obey the signs if they (employees) are not. One of the ladies answered saying “I don’t know, are you going to buy something or not”. When I asked to speak to the manger about this concern, I was rudely told by the two ladies that I should come back in 3 days to make a complaint to the manager because the is no one in the store that can help me about my concern. Read moreI have attended this Location for about a year now and the service for the past 2 month has been horrible the cashier was outside, the manager was preparing online orders and the other cashier was just cleaning. The employees saw me wait to place an order for approximately 5 min they didn’t care and when I asked “how long is the wait” she responded hold on with an attitude and took approximately 10 min before they placed my order. Read moreThis location is at 1 east 233rd street and at my work place i always practice safety. I come in and waited patiently because the gentleman is moping the floor nothing wrong with that. I'm the only person there at 3:30 am give him my order, once it's done I'm expecting him to bring it towards the register where I just finish paying but instead he wants me to walk across his wet floor because there's where the pick up is at.
