Falls Crab Shack — Restaurant in Newberry Township

It may not look like much from the outside, but it's worth a stop. The parking lot is in the back and it's one way, so keep an eye out for the signs pulling in. The door is off the parking lot on the exit side that takes you into the smoking area. They have large windows they open up on nice days that help if your not a fan of the smell of cigarettes. We happened to be there on one of those days and I didn't notice anyone smoking. They have an inside bar that is none smoking but is only open on weekends. The crab bites were very good, I do wish they came with a tarter dipping sauce though. I had the bacon cheeseburger that was also very good. Some things to note are there is a 4% credit card fee (a bit steep in my opinion) and there is no one under 18 allowed, so you can't bring your family. I would stop back to visit again, but those last two things would make it infrequent for me. They still get 5 stars for the good food and...

Waitress was rude! No personality! She gave very poor service! Huffed and rolled her eyes when she asked if we wanted menus, and we said no thanks we just were going to have some drinks. She brought the beer back opened it with one hand so her Dirty finger was right where you put your lip. Only came back once, Even though she was at tables around us. tables were dirty I dont mean dusty from the stone parking lot coming through the screens. Dirty, sticky, and the napkin dispenser looked gross with dust, food, and greasy finger prints all over. We had to go find her after being there for a little over an hour, so we could pay for the 2 drinks we had. The she gave us the wrong change. Nice Dive bar along the river, servers were friendly but a little disorganized. My order was not entered correctly as I ordered a chicken sandwich and somehow that turned into a fried chicken breast not sure how that happened but i guess at least i got something. It was good so that was nice. Pricing is good and what you would expect. The entertainment was good Matt Jameson did a fine job thru out the night!
