Rock-It Pizza & Subs — Restaurant in Newberry Township

I ordered 2 large cheese pizzas and a 2 liter of Pepsi. It took well over an hour and a half for the delivery and that was after I called the store several times. By the time the food actually arrived, 2 of my kids were already asleep. The driver didn't have the food in warming bags so the pizza was ice cold. I called back yet again and was told there was nothing they could do and to call back on Monday. I told them that was unacceptable. She put me on hold and said the owner would give me credit for a free pizza. Again, unacceptable since I don't intend to order there anymore. I told her I just wanted a refund and they could come pick up everything. She said she would do the refund....yet never did. I called back Monday and was put on hold for 20 minutes until whoever it was said he had to wait for the owner and he would call back. By the next day I still hadn't heard from him. Called the next day and waited on hold for yet another 20 minutes before being told I had to come in to pick up the refund because they already charged the card. When I went it they only gave me half of the refund because no one ever "picked up the food and I didn't bring it in with me". Then the owner was extremely rude with me.

I have only ordered through this restaurant a few times. Depending on what you order it could be ok or it could make you wish you ordered elsewhere. The pizza from Rock-It is second rate at best, definitely better to order from another pizza shop. Their subs are ok as are their salads. I ordered their Rock-it wrap which was soggy, falling apart and barely even wrapped. The french fries were soggy, bland and got thrown in the trash where they belonged. The worst part about this last experience was that after sitting in my car for 45 minutes waiting for my order I walked in to ask why it wasn't ready yet. They told me it would be ready in about 3 more minutes because they were busy (with barely any customers there). So I exited and sat in my car expecting my food to be out in 3 minutes but ended up waiting another 12 minutes before they brought it out to me. I was about to walk back in to cancel my order and go somewhere else when they came out. I should have cancelled it when I walked in the first time. A total waste of time and money. I will not be returning here and will not recommend for anyone to order from Rock-It...

We won a $50 gift card to Rock-it Pizza and subs from Baps motor speedway. When we arrived there was a janitor bucket of dirty rags soaking and the place had an old dirty smell. My son and I went to the bathroom to wash our hands and it was very dirty. We proceeded to order our food and when I gave the cashier the gift card she said only $5 on the card. My fiance paid the rest with his card and we explained it was for $50 and from the speedway and she told us we should have told her before she put the order in and she could have helped us insyead of making it right. We ordered a slice of pizza for my 5 year old and 2 subs. The bread was not fresh at all and had hardly any meat. My sons went to use the parmesan cheese and it was filled with mold. They just told us to use one from another table. Horrible experience and they...
