Love Phoenix Scoops! Every year, I volunteer for a major motorcycle rally nearby and always take the attendees out for ice cream at the end of the tour. So disappointing. We used to get creemes twice a week but since they're adding strawberry hershey kisses to fill the cones and skimping on ice cream we will be finding a new spot. 😔 if you have a strawberry allergy be aware.
