For me, the ambience makes this place a little gem. I had the cooks special; scrambled eggs, one pancake, a slice of French toast and 3 sausage links. The hubs had a stack of pancakes and bacon The pancakes were the fluffiest I have had to date! Kudos to Great Hill Maples for keeping this little gem. I heard about it over 30 years ago when my friend lived nearby. I lost touch with her and figured that this place was gone too. I didn't get to go until this past Sunday.
