June 2025 - DEEPLY disappointed in the last 4 times we've ordered. Every time we've ordered they didn't start the pizza until AFTER we walked in the door adding a minimum of an extra 25 minutes wait for our food. Haven't seen anyone familiar on the staff so upset, I think the owners for the last decade may have sold and the service is not up to par at all. The pizza dough from.one pizza to the next is wildly different. My chicken bacon ranch being thin and chewy at the same time. My husband's Hawaii being thick and dry. Waited 4 times before updating my review from 5 years ago and doesn't seem like they are the same service there anymore. It was a great local pizza shop for our neighborhood

August 2020 - The owners are the one you will deal with and they are always in a good mood. They greet you with a smile and exchange of kind words and well wishes! Prices are fair or better than you would think for the serving size. Absolute staple to this neighborhood and couldn't be any happier with the service everytime. The staff was great and the quality of the food is good. The fish sub was great. Little upsetting that my order was not fulfilled. Special instructions was to add mustard and tartar sauce to bread, instead I recieved the tarter sauce and mustard on the side. Called it in and was told to bring back the sandwich and they'll apply the sauce, mind you it was during lunch time and I was already WAYS away returning to work. Apology was said, but nothing was done for future orders. Everyone knows when a mistake is made? First step is to take ownership of your mistakes which was done, but offering some type of discount or a treat on an next order, goes a long way with a new patron. Social media is a big world and so are reviews....

For the most part, I love their food. However lately their delivery sucks! And tonight was the last straw. My boyfriend ordered a sandwich and mozerella sticks like we always do. I only eat the mozerella sticks because I don't like the sandwich he orders, as well as get sick from it. Well tonight they gave him 2 sandwiches and no mozerella sticks. When he tried to call them back the guy spoke no English and was not helpful at all. Furthermore when he called to get it fixed no one answered, and then he was told they were closed. So we paid for food we did not receive, and I was unable to eat because we weren't given the correct order. Very disappointed in their delivery, and business...
