This is a top-notch gas station and deli that offers a variety of services to its customers, making it one of the best in Newtown, CT.
First and foremost, I must highlight their competitive gas prices. It's always nice to know that you can fill up your tank at a fair price!
Moving on to their deli, I must say that it's absolutely fantastic. They offer a wide range of freshly made sandwiches, wraps, salads, and other delicious food items. The deli also offers both inside and outside sitting areas, which is great if you want to enjoy your food in a relaxed setting.
Another aspect that deserves a high five is their coffee machines and quality coffee! The coffee is always fresh and the machines are very easy to use. I find it very convenient to grab a cup of coffee on my way to I-84.
Finally, I must mention the welcoming and friendly deli staff. Lori is always greet everyone with a smile! :-) The deli staff is incredibly friendly and always eager to help.

This is usually my go to place as a woman because the bathroom is so clean and the employees during the day are so nice. How can you see a customer pull up to the pump with all the lights on and as I went to pay cash and use the rest room- they ignored me at first and then decided to rudely acknowledge me when they saw I wasn’t going away and gave me a sign like slitting their throat that they were closed and turned the lights out . They have cameras, very easy for the owner to see the rude gesture made, and I’m sure there’s a time stamp to show when I pulled in. Just gross behavior towards any customer, and especially a woman. Read moreAbsolutely horrible customer service. It doesn’t seem to matter if you go in person or online. Ordered two sandwiches online. App tells you after the fact that it’s a 30m wait. Entered the deli and stood at the counter for over 20 minutes, without when being acknowledged. There are 6 people behind the counter, and only two people working. Nobody seems capable to complete any task outside of their “station”- which would even exclude saying hello.
I waited to place an additional drink order but was unable to do that. After waiting the 30m I asked the status of my order and was told it wasn’t ready and it can’t be refunded because I already paid for it.
So hopefully someone else enjoys a breakfast on me today, because I couldn’t wait any longer.
I have given this place so many chances because they are local and a newer business- but I am done this time.
