I appreciate the quality, and the ice cream is tasty. My complaint is that the very friendly gentleman did not wear gloves nor wash his hands after cashing out the customer in front of me before preparing my order. He grabbed the cone with no napkin or gloves and scooped my ice cream. I ordered a single scoop on a cake cone and it was $6 for a smallish scoop of ice cream, so I also felt the price was a little high for what I actually got. Again, the quality is good, and the service was friendly, but this is my honest assessment.

We saw this place being built this summer, so I'm glad it's finally open and that we went in! The man at the counter was very kind and informed about the ice creams and gave us the story behind Joe Brett's ice cream. The building is welcoming and has beautiful theming. All made in-house, each flavor we sampled was the creamiest and most flavorful ice cream I've ever had! The Peach Sorbet was my personal choice, but any flavor you choose you won't regret getting!
