I’ve never had a bad experience here and I’ve visited on several occasions, but today they went above and beyond to express brotherly kindness. I ordered a pepperoni roll and a chai, but was told they sold their last chai earlier in the day. This of course isn’t their fault, but the cashier broke the news to me in a very apologetic and thoughtful way.
