Okay, this place is an absolute gem on Route 1. Quality all around! Fantastic food, great service! I want to address previous reviews about service because it's simply not fair to bash a small place like this over your perceived service levels. Like many small places, when they become popular and get busy, the staffing isn't there to support it. The folks at the Ginger Mouse are doing their absolute best to provide stellar products that, quite frankly, are some of the best in their class in this area. Both items were simply divine. All of the pastries looked amazing. My stepson’s comment on the apple nest was “I wish I could have one of these every day.” I second that.
